Rep. Amy Elik passed House Bill 4934 through the House. HB 4934 creates a sickle cell disease awareness license plate decal and sets up a special fund to support sickle cell programs. Elik shouted out local advocates Tammy Smith and her daughter Precious, who advocated for the passage of this bill.
