Elik Visits Alton Market

While attending the Alton Main Street Farmers’ and Artisans’ Market on Saturday, I got a chance to check out the cab of a John Deere sprayer. It gives you an appreciation for the safety that farmers have to take into account when they are transporting this type of machine and the work that they do every day. It’s high-tech and scientific these days and much different than it used to be.
