BETHALTO, IL – State Representative Amy Elik (R-Alton) and the Illinois Treasurer’s Office are giving residents the opportunity to see if the State of Illinois owes you money and will assist in filing a claim to access it.
ICASH is a program designed to help Illinoisans locate and reclaim unclaimed property. Over the last 10 years, over $2 billion have been returned to residents. Unclaimed Property can include everything from forgotten bank accounts and uncashed checks to insurance payments, stocks, and even the contents of safe deposit boxes.
